Let's face it. Life can get complicated, and that's where I come in. Let me provide you with a safe place where you can pour out your heart. I would love to hear your story and provide step-by-step support as we navigate your experience together. My goal is to provide a collaborative and holistic approach in a safe, welcoming space to empower you throughout the therapeutic process. By exploring the past and present, we gain perspective and valuable insight into present struggles. I match my therapeutic interventions to your personal needs. I will provide skills and psychoeducation to help you navigate the present and create a brighter tomorrow.

Life has granted me a wealth of experience with trauma, abuse, interpersonal violence, divorce, grief, power biases, biracial and multicultural relationships, spiritual/religious issues, women's issues, and mood and personality disorders. 

I graduated from Northern Kentucky University in August 2022 with a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My clinical experience has mostly been with teens and adults. Occasionally, I work with children. I have a wide range range of experiencing  working with a variety of different disorders, but  most frequently anxiety, depression, OCD, cPTSD, and relational issues. Prior to that, I earned a Bachelor's in Integrative Studies with a Minor in Organizational Leadership and foci in psychology and sociology. In addition, I am an active member of Highpoint Apostolic Church, where I help facilitate a Healing and recovery group.

I am dually licensed in Ohio and Kentucky. In Ohio, I am licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC,   E:2505404 ). In Kentucky, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA,  280013 ) through the Kentucky Board of Licensed Professional Counselors. I am under the supervision of  Jennifer Wilz Matheny, LPCC-S ( KY: 103061, OH: E.0004240-SUPV ).

Intake Session: $150 (60 min.),     Therapy Session:  $125 (60 min.)
